Inside the box there might be a piece of paper that gives you a website on where to find the manual. That's the way it was with my iPod Nano. ( I know it's not the same thing or anything) If that doesn't work out then either call the 800 nuber or do a yahoo! search. Good luck! Happy New Year!

Thanks. I'm fairly good at tuning my violin by ear when i have a pitch to match it with. I would just like to double check it. So I'm looking for a violin tuner to buy. Any suggestions on the best one? So far I've looked on Southwest Strings at: Korg Chromatic Tuner. CenterPitch Universal Clip on and the Seiko Chromatic Tuner. Any help? Thanks!

If you touch an A-440 tuning fork to your bridge and pluck the "A" string, you can hear:

1) if it is relatively in tune, and

2) if it is almost in tune, in which case there are beats.

You should be able to tune to perfect 5ths on the violin much better than using any tuner as reference.

The tuning fork is accurate beyond any difference your ear can tell, costs under $5, and doesn't need batteries or an outlet.

There is no electronic tuner that will do as good a job as you can this way, except for some stroboscopic tuners costing hundreds of dollars.

Ive got a guitar tuner but i dont know how a tuned guitar is supposed to be so .The one i have Seiko chromatic tuner it has microphone and it gives letters like A and all so can someone give me detailed answer that i can follow.The tuning range is a0~c8
