Is Pioneer AVIC-N3 IN DASH GPS navigation compatable with Pioneer car dvd in-dash units?

Is Pioneer AVIC-N3 IN DASH GPS navigation compatable with Pioneer car dvd in-dash units, i.e. Pioneer AVH-P7800DVD? If so, what would I have to get, i.e. DVD/CD navigation receiver, etc? I would just get the Pioneer AVIC-N3 unit but it's screen size is 6'5" and the Pioneer AVH-P7800DVD screen size is 7" which is personally better for me.

yes they are just switch your screen

What's the name of this pioneer car in-dash dvd system?

Pioneer car in-dash dvd owners can adapt a seperate system to their unit which makes their car appear as a red dot on the screen as they drive. What is the name of the unit?

its either a n1, n2, n3, z1, or d1. there all pioneer navi modles, that do almost the same thing. the n3 had more mapping then the n2, and n1. and they are all a single DIN radio with a flip out 6.5" screen. the z1 and d1 are both double DIN radios. its one of these.

hope this helps.

GPS?

Pioneer Car DVD Players - any good??

I know they make good home stereos. What do you guys think of the Pioneer In Dash DVD players and where can i get some reviews?

I have a Pioneer AVH-P6600 car dvd player, I planning to install it myself....?

I was wondering if i could install the unit without the brain(module that allows you to add additional screens) and have it fully functional. I heard that you still need the brain installed even if you don't plan on adding screens. Is this true???

Yes, you'll need the brain.

Im trying to decide on a car dvd/tv kenwood or pioneer which is better?

In-dash not Double din

Pioneer is an "alright" brand, but kenwood is much better brand for quality. Id say Kenwood.

I am looking for a Pioneer 5700 DVD/CD player for my car for a good price. Any suggestions?

I would like to find in at a good pawn shop in Kentucky that might have it.

Go to www.bizrate.com for the best prices available for the DVD/CD you are looking for.

How can you watch the dvd while your car is moving with a Pioneer AVH in dash dvd player?

Drive on a road in which all your family, friends and relatives use so my loved ones don't have to be injured or die. Who gives a crap if it's a Pioneer AVH. Sounds like you only bought it because you are materialistic enough to advetise what you have.

1. Forza takes the checkered flag Forza Motorsport 3 is an Xbox 360 exclusive, meaning owners of other consoles cannot enjoy this driving simulation brilliance. The game features 400 customizable cars, 100 playable tracks and 10 times the amount of polygons (meaning better graphics) over its predecessor. Developer Turn 10 realizes that if it's going to compete with Sony's Gran Turismo 5 for simulation supremacy it better bring its A game. And it does. The graphics are stunning; the game is equally deep in online play, even featuring an auction house to sell cars you've tricked out to other players for in-game credit. But the fact that reviewers are comparing this game to Gran Turismo 5 is telling in that the latter, a Playstation 3 exclusive, doesn't even launch until March 2010. Until then, and possibly even after, I'll take Forza 3 (if family and friends will kick in for the Xbox 360). $70; visit forzamotorsport.net. 2. Keeping an eye on traffic (and you) The newly launched Janus V1 is an in-car digital video camera designed to record out the front windshield and capture accident details. It also swivels so that drivers can opt to record in-car proceedings. Which suggests the Janus V1 may market well outside of the safety sector. With social networking websites allowing users to publicize their mundane minutiae, consumers may purchase devices like the Janus V1 to capture their daily commute. So, not only could people type into their Facebook Status that they are caught in traffic ( "and wondering how much better it'd be on the bus"), but the in-car camera will capture the profound thinking behind such dispatch in real time. This would require the Janus V1 transmit video to the Internet in real time. It doesn't. But recording the commute and putting it online after the fact may suffice in the interim. Or you could simply purchase this camera with the intent of using it for its intended purpose. US$350; visit 3rdeyecam.com. 3. The summit of Alpine 2009 Left out from among the 5,000 or so Alpine products featured in CARgo this year, the iDA-X305 is the company's stereo we dream most of appearing in our car this holiday season. Showing disdain for disc-based media, the product contains no optical drive, connecting instead directly to iPods and other devices, and reading music from a USB flash drive. The 2.2-inch colour TFT display features an interface that is both clean and intuitive. Music is processed from digital devices by way of a 24-bit Burr-Brown D/A converter, which provides a strong signal-to-noise ratio of 105 decibels. True to form on a device that is designed to interact with MP3 units, it'll display album art on-screen. It is also compatible with Alpine's sold-separately KCE-400BT Bluetooth adapter, which allows the iDA-X305 to join just about every other electronic product in existence in being Bluetooth compatible. $350; visit www.alpine.com. 4. The height of gadget wants and needs Should CARgo readers band together and purchase a gift for this tenured humble surveyor of gadget goodness, we nominate Pioneer Electronics' AVICZ110BT, which defines the all-in-one car multimedia centre. It features a GPS with North American data, a DVD reader alongside USB/SD Card slots capable of accommodating all forms of audio and video files and Bluetooth capability that streams both telephone calls and music from a Bluetooth-endowed phone. The seven-inch motorized touchscreen features five different display positions. It'll even interact with an iPhone application developed by Pioneer called AVIC Feed (but we'd advise against testing this interaction while operating the vehicle). Most importantly, though, the AVICZ110BT is among the most expensive car-specific consumer gadgets on the market. And this alone is the reason it serves as the primary object of our desire should it be available for procurement through the purchasing power of others. $1,900; visit pioneerelectronics.ca.
